Was I scammed?

I have given my suzuki swish 125 for servicing it's a 11 year old scooty,I took it second hand 2 years ago ,till now I never gave it for servicing my dad used to give it,and the first owner had maintained it very well (9 years),there were no issues when I bought it,I felt like the service guy scammed me,can someone explain me what all did he do?I didn't get why he did 3,4,5 and I had a good battery is 6 actually necessary I had a bosch battery ,do we really need to re charge it does that not recharge itself?I gave it to the nearby service shop,and also did he overcharge me for the usual things
