The ultimate used bike one can buy under 60k?

Hi all, I’m looking for my 1st bike which will be my stepping stone to GT 650/Svartpilen 400: Must have a design that doesn't look outdated or screams budget. Max 25000km used. Upto 8 year old/2017 model. Low maintenance, reliable. Honda hornet is another bike that ticks most of my requirements. *Preferably* neo retro or a cafe racer but I'm unable to find any. Follow up questions: Which bikes is under valued in the used market in India in 60k budget? Where can we find best deals on used bikes in Mumbai? How much maintanence is expected on such old bikes from reliable brands?
