Selling my bike, but don’t know what to quote it at

^ is a 2023 Honda cb350rs base variant in blue. Got the handle bar custom built and a tail tidy done. Should I refit the stock parts???? Cuz the mods are mostly to change the look of the bike and not exactly practical so I don’t know if that would push buyers away
