Ola is a trash

I have ordered OLA s1x on 3rd January and due to some issue I wanted to cancel it and I cancelled it on the same day of the order. But their spokesperson told me that it will take 8-10 days to just cancel my order and after I cancel it, it will take more 7-8 days to initiate my refund to my bank account. Till then my 1,13,499 rs will be of no use, I won't get that money before 15-20 days. I request all of you to not to buy an Ola Electric scooter. I made a mistake by ordering it. They really need to work on their customer service.
