[OC] Found my father's ~40 years old allotment letter for Vespa PL-170 scooter.

While going through my late father's old document briefcase, I stumbled upon a yellowed, timeworn piece of paper. And it turned out to be an allotment letter for the Vespa PL-170 scooter from Andhra Pradesh Scooters Limited (APSL) which he applied in the year 1984 & it finally got approved in 1986. Apparently, Andhra Pradesh Scooters Limited was a Govt of Andhra Pradesh owned manufacturer (closed in 1986) which entered into an agreement with Piaggio to relaunch European VESPA 100 as VESPA PL-170 in 1983 in India.
