Need some advice (tempted to buy 400x / him450)

As you can see, i currently own a cb350rs but I’m not satisfied with the power and touring performance. I’m really tempted to buy a another bike. I don’t want to sell this cb350 as well. Would like to keep it for city commute. My height is 5 9’. Is it a good decision to buy another buy and maintain both? What do you think? I’m confused bw Scrambler 400 and Himalayan 450
