Need opinions on this bike to buy

Hello idk how to start but I came across this bike , I talked with the owner and he's willing to sell me the bike for 1.4laks this bike is one of a kind in 2014 and yes it's sadly our of production, should I get it ? And yes I'm a experienced rider , tell me what u think
