Just clocked 60k on my Dominar 250. I love it more every day I ride it.
I got my Dominar 250 on January 2022. My daily commute is around 70kms every day. I clock around 450kms every week. This bike is amazing for someone who is looking for an all rounder. I agree it may feel a little heavy in city traffic but on highway? Chef’s kiss. That’s where it really shines! I’ve been to Bangalore on this bad boy and man what a time I had on this thing. It just settles down into a rhythm effortlessly. Put it in 6th gear and you can cruise at 120 without any efforts. The suspension absorbs every small undulation on the highway when you load it up with luggage while touring. The brakes are pretty average. The mileage is amazing. I get 35 in the city and 45 on the highway. The servicing cost is also not that high. Parts are pretty cheap. Average service costs around 2.5-3k. Never had any major issue till now. Still stock everything, headlights, clutch plate, engines never been opened till now. It’s pretty docile under 5k rpm but once you rev it up about that it just goes! I’ve clocked around 145 on it. The long wheel base and its weight give you confidence while doing high speeds on the highway. It doesn’t vibrate unless you cross 8k rpm. It doesn’t overheat and has never stalled. The biggest pro is the exhaust note! Wow! It’s really bassy. Definitely an attention grabber. Doesn’t matter if you’re on low speeds or high speeds. People will notice. It has good road presence. I got it for 1,85,000 and it’s the best decision I ever made!5
