how to convince dad not to buy ola electric bike

how much i have tried to convince him not to buy an ola, he doesn't agree, he says,"har din dekhta hu showroom mein truck bharke scooters aaye hai"(everday there is a shipment of new scooters at the ola showroom) what to do? i know it will be a unreliable piece of crap which is at the service station more than my house, but what to do, he's blind to that, blind to all the feedback
