Got a Maverick 440
I tested every bike out there in 400-500 cc segment and it came down to this 1. Buy what you like regardless of whatever people say or do , regardless of all those countless youtuber telling how good or had a bike is 2. It narrowed down to comfort and confidence in riding : I am riding after a gap of 7 years and for my height (5'7) I wanted my feet fully planted on the ground , I wanted something that will give a good mid range torque . Everything was secondary to this , the brand the service , the looks , everything 3. Were there better bikes out there ? Absolutely! Did I feel comfortable in every sense ? Absolutely not. Since my requirement is more in city , nimble , torqy bike , this ticked all the boxes 4. Trade offs ? Vibation for one but I am okay with it , Design ? After how comfortable I felt , it didn't matter if it was /wasn't the best looking What I observed is that there are bikes which are not appreciated in its own time and Maverick could easily be one of those as it's an easier candidate who can get lost in competition. I am extremely happy with what I have got.4
