Hi all, I’m planning to buy my first superbike—something I’ve always dreamed of—and I’ve decided to go with the ZX-6R purely based on how it feels and my gut instinct! And the only other competitor at this price is triumph 765rs and I prefer faired version. I’m based in Chennai and will be financing the purchase. The Kawasaki showroom told me there’s a 4-5 month wait for the bike, and they’ve suggested L&T Finance, offering an 8.5% interest rate on a ₹12L loan. The on-road price without K-Care is coming to ₹11.87L. Breakdown: 💰 Ex-showroom: ₹11,53,000 🏛️ RTO charges: ₹1,77,360 (TN RTO is ~12%) Charges are high than 12% - confused on this 🛡️ Insurance: ₹45,688 📜 TCS: ₹11,530 🔧 K-Care: ₹69,000 Need Advice On: 1️⃣ Should I opt for K-Care? Is it really worth the price? 2️⃣ Accessories: What are the must-have accessories? My friends are visiting from the US/UK, so I could ask them to bring items. 3️⃣ Insurance: Can I buy insurance from outside for better pricing? Any recommendations? 4️⃣ Financing Options: Are there better financing options than L&T?
