First accident and in immense panic RN

I’m a 20-year-old pursuing a professional course and have an exam this afternoon. While returning from the mandir around 9 am , I was riding my father’s old CD Dawn bike in 2nd gear on a slight incline. An Ertiga was in front of me, and suddenly, a black Pulsar overtook me from the right and cut sharply in front. Panicking, I applied the brakes, but the rear brake isn’t effective, and the front brake locked the tire. I lost control and fell. Thankfully, there was no truck behind me, and I avoided hitting my head. Locals helped me, and I noticed the petrol was leaking from my bike. I got injuries on my left leg, elbow, and hand. My heart is still pounding, and I have an exam at 2 PM I today. dont know what to do 🥺 edit- had accident couple of meters from home so i am bit embarrassed now edit 2- gaadi ka aage ka tyre fat gaaya hai ,left side both indicator tut gayi hai , headlight tedi ho gayi hai EDIT 3 - THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING OUT THERE.
