Duke 390 gen3 tire bubble in 2day.Help!!!

I received my bike 2 days ago and today while cleaning i noticed this bubble.Went to service centre they said they will try to claim from metzeler or ill have to pay 14k if claim isnt possible.Sad to see this within 2days of delivery.Help me on how to proceed ahead.
