Dominar keeps stalling after a cold start - Is this normal ?

Bike keeps stalling or turning off during a cold start. This video was taken on a morning when I'm starting the bike for the first time. I have checked with the nearest service centre and they haven't been useful(all they did was update the ECU). What I want to know is that , is this something which is normal for Dominar or BS6 bikes. Please help me out here. Thanks 👍
