Another day, another Shumi rant: Came across this old PD video and he has gotten the CB350s completely wrong.
The video: [https://youtu.be/yU59WvKPXQQ?si=\_iNNIJhZHf5HHMrn](https://youtu.be/yU59WvKPXQQ?si=_iNNIJhZHf5HHMrn) Just an FYI before I begin, I'm a MotorInc All-Access Member and also have a subscription on their new MotorInc app cause I think their content provides a lot of value and I love what they do. Except for this unwarranted bias against the CB350s. It's one thing when you have a good reason to not like it, one thing simply having an opinion and one thing when you've complete gotten the bike all wrong. Round 1: Shumi looses the drag race on the RS claiming that he had to 'literally short shift in every gear' – which is NOT the power-band of the Honda CB350s. Round 2: Kartikeya absolutely obliterates Shumi again but this time on the RS. Shumi asks 'How did you do that?' \[Spoiler: Cause you've been doing the it wrong this whole time\] Shumi continues by saying 'Oh it's you who won the race and not the CB350RS'. Bruh? Shumi continues with his false claims that the Metoer has power spread linearly across the rev range when it's literally the other way around. It's the Meteor that has a punchy low end and poor top-end whereas the Honda has a poor low-end but has linear power till the higher end of the rev range. He again continues saying that oh with RS you need to short shift and blah blah so it's not a great bike – again you can't short shift a CB350 before getting onto the power-band and expect performance. No wonder Shumi doesn't recommend the CB350s because he has got it all wrong. I adore all of his content but when he's factually wrong, it's not it.5
