Am i getting scammed?

This is my paid service estimate for yezdi roadster. 2000km odo, 2 and half years old. 6 months ago i moved my bike between cities in which my movers and packers guy removed the fuel for safety and drove the bike for delivery on very little fuel which screwed my fuel tank filter which is getting changed not mentioned in this estimate. Except the new mirrors. The conset and swingarm thing looked weird to me. He explained they open it and change the greasing in it. Then they called me and said my engine head gasket has an oil leak which needs fixing (my doubt is if they are just calling me and making up stuff). Just wanted to know does all this look legit. He said this is all basic maintenance.
