10000km with duke 390 and a question for solo riders

I really love solo riding and I prefer it to riding with other people. I worry a lot about getting a puncture while I'm riding or something going wrong with my bike or even getting into an accident because there won't be anyone to help you especially if you're in a deserted area Do you guys not worry about this kind of stuff or how do you deal with it ?
