Want to buy farm land

I want to buy a farm land near by Meerut. I do not care if it is near a highway or not, it should just have a road where I can drive by a car. I plan to use it for planting some fruit trees. Looking for around 4-5 bigha. What would be the best area to look for? I do not have any commercial intent with this, so just need somewhere cheap and clear of any disputes.
