Gift deed registration

Hi, My parents are looking for registering a gift deed of their assets to me and my siblings. We do not have mother registry of the property but we have true copy from land authority. The property tax is paid on my dad's name. Can any experienced person suggest if true copy and tax receipts will suffice? Thank you!
