Karavali Utsav animal cruelty

Trigger warning: pics of unhappy animals Canin's pet shop has always been a horror show. I would see puppies being kept out in the sun without any water, many times. All complaints did not matter. Imagine my horror and heartbreak when my friends sent me these pictures. Can't there be a small amount of care given for this While I personally only adopt I can't stop people from buying. But atleast see who you buy it from? What kind of a person treats their animals to this? No water, sitting in an uncomfortable cage with no bedding, there's pee and poop underneath. Onlookers were horrified too I hear which gives me a lot of faith in our people. Folks on Twitter, please can you tag DC, MCC Commissioner, Mayor, member secretary for the DK SPCA? Please help us get enough attention on this so the authorities take proper action against this man who has gotten away with this cruelty for years.
