how do i withdrawn from YIASCM and get my certificates?

I'm a student at YIASCM and i study [B.com](http://B.com) IAF (ACCA) and i wish to withdraw from that college and join elsewhere, since I've already paid second-semester fees, I intend to complete my first year and leave. by that time I would have already written a few of the ACCA exams, which I'm expected to receive exemptions for. i wanna know if any of you have withdrawn and what were the procedures you had to take in order to get back your certificates and leave properly without any issues.
