Coming to Mangaluru in Jan, what are the ways to rent flats in here?

Namaskara Mangaluru, I am going to join my job in Mangaluru in Jan the coming year. Am looking for a flat (1 bhk/rk or 2bhk) around Attavar. I found a few properties on Magicbricks, but I am finding the options a bit limited. What are some other reliable sources to rent flat for long term stay (1 year+)? Thanks in advance!
