Adamaru Matha Guest house review

I will be travelling to Udupi with my parents and wanted to stay close to Krishna Matha. My cousin suggested Adamaru Matha Guest house, however online I found mixed reviews on the place. I am not looking anything fancy but a clean place to stay. Some reviews said real negative things about the cleanliness and hence my apprehension. Can anyone who have stayed or know the place provide feedback please.
