Has anyone tried PRP/GFC for hair loss? Is it worth it?

I've been dealing with hair loss treatment for a while and have used the typical Minoxidil and Finasteride. While they worked to some extent, I didn’t feel comfortable continuing—Minoxidil requires lifelong use, and Finasteride has some serious side effects, so I stopped. Now, I’m considering PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) or GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) therapy. Has anyone here tried it? Was it effective, and did you notice long-term results? Also, if you have recommendations for good clinics or experienced professionals, please share! Would love to hear your experiences before I make a decision. Thanks!
