Really need some advice!

Myself a 24 years old boy born, grown and working in Madurai. I will say about my life for the past one year in short.... - Dad died due to heart attack on April 2024 - on June 2024 my girlfriend of 2 and half years broke up with me( she said that I broke her trust but now iam doubting about the reason why she broke up with me.....there is know sign of her feeling for this breakup....all I can see is her happy face with her office colleagues enjoying outings, lunches and parties) - Now I have to manage my sister's studies expenses and mom's health is not good, so her medical expenses is high. -Friends and relatives are betraying me in every way possible in money matters. - Currently got stuck in a company where the work culture is not completely toxic or completely good. - The stress iam going through is very difficult. If anyone can guide me or give a piece of advice...it will mean so much to me...
