Organ donor

I have lived my whole life in Madurai, I'm currently 26 years old, I've been donating my blood regularly (16 times). I was an athlete and a football player in my school and college days, I'm still active and I've been keeping my physique in decent form. I don't drink or smoke. I've always wanted to donate my organs, what's the procedure? How do I get myself a donor card and what's the process to get through this?! Thanks in advance
