  • Random rant : Business winding up

So, it all started, when my dad decided to venture away from our core business and setup a humongous size building materials shop, which sells sanitary ware, electrical items, paints and plumbing materials. We were bootstrapped, relying on our core business for funding. The cost it took to setup the initial showroom was mammoth. Fast forward 2 years later, we are doing really bad with piled up bank loans and default payments. Due to highway expansion there is no business happening in the counter, coupled with the threats from the landlord for rent, we shifted the stock to a wound up hotel. The material is piled up here, the items that were worth lakhs are now piled up. My dad is still optimistic about this business and looking for ways to burn more cash. 1. How do I convince him to stop investing in this venture further? 2. how can I liquidate this stock? If you are building a house, renovating your house or running a hardware store who can help me out, please DM me. I can guarantee the best prices and services.
