3bhk fully furnished apartment in Kakkanad

I have a fully furnished 3bhk apartment in Kakkanad. In Edachira to be more precise, and I'm looking forward to rent it out. What is the rent that I can expect. And I've also heard that i could rent it to companies at Infopark. How do I contact/advertise it to them? Is it better than renting it out to a family?
