Trying to teach my gf english. Does these pages really work

Hello guys . M25 here. I have seen several instagram ads of pages like English cafe, English root, english hub,etc. pages which promise to teach English through whatsapp and that too within 1 month 2 month duration. Have anybody purchased their plans . Are they helpful.can it help you to speak english fluently. I'm looking for something similar to help my girlfriend (F23) improve her communication skills. I have been trying to help her. please give me suggestions and advice on how I can help her from my part and what she should do
