KSRTC low floor AC is not for long distances

There was a post earlier on comfort levels in different types of KSRTC buses. Couldn't trace that. Since I couldn't get a train reservation, took a Trivandrum to Angamaly low floor bus. Big mistake! Booked seats on left side (west), found my seat numbers on the right! The seats were super uncomfortable. Couldn't sit without a backache after a few hours Very noisy inside the cabin. I couldn't believe it was a Volvo. Bad maintenance? Parts of the cabin were peeling off. Very dirty/dusty inside. Day service through MC road. Frequent braking, including sudden braking couple of times. No chance of sleeping, relaxing. No seatbelts, even if one wanted to use. Any other buses with better seats / service?
