Want to learn about my heritage

Hi All, I am born in the US to Kerala parents. I visited Kerala once but it was many years ago. I know nothing about my heritage, culture, values. I grew up in the US but I largely do not agree with culture and values here. They are very poor to me. I have so many questions about Kerala and its people.
