Update regarding my friend's death - again, I need your help !

We found out the vehicles that caused the accident by checking the CCTV footage of nearby malls and shops. But the license plates are not readable. Please inform me if you can identify either these two bikes or the passengers who are riding them. I would appreciate it if you could share and help, guys
