Real estate in Guruvayoor, Thrissur

My family is planning to sell our ancestral property (1.5 acre). We moved to Trivandrum a decade ago and the property is near Guruvayoor (exactly 3km from in a location called -Chowalloorpadi). Last time I went to Guruvayoor, I figured it's not the same place as it was before. The town now comes under Central Government Amrut scheme and major developments are happening. Hence I wish to know the price per cent at the region. Also if anyone know any credible real estate broker in the region, please lemme know. I tried olx and 99 acres, but it's been a futile attempt so far.
