Rate a beginner’s Kerala 4-Day Itinerary

Just booked my ticket into Thiruvananthapuram and out from Kochi. It will be from Jan. 21-24! I did decent research and this is what I came up with based on my interest. For reference, I am a huge nature lover so Kerala really was my ideal Indian trip (am American of Korean descent so I have never been to this part of the world!). Going from beaches to hills to backwaters to waterfalls oh my it’s definitely in my biggest interest to be here! **Day 1** So I arrive at 6:30 in the morning on Jan. 21 in Thiruvananthapuram (I have practiced pronouncing/typing this city over and over again to get the best ticket prices and it paid off I can say it flawlessly I think 😂) and already booked a private driver to pick me up and go straight to Varkala to enjoy the Cliff Beach and sit in a cafe and have lunch. I guess around 4, I plan on going to Alleppey to stay my first night. If I have time, I’ll have dinner at a toddy shop! (Please tell me your favorites! I have NYC or Aatumukham listed so far!) **Day 2** Already booked a lunch shikara ride for three hours (coming alone so a houseboat was too much for me! Plus the shikara looks more my style where it’s a bit more open and interactive). So in the morning, I want to visit the Revi Karunakaran Museum before I set sail for the shikara ride. Afterwards, I am going straight to Munnar. **Day 3** I have the whole day to tour Munnar and I know it’ll probably not be enough but I want to visit Eravikulam, Vattavada, the Top Station, Chinnakanal Falls, and the Mattupetty Dam. Tell me if there are any other Falls or nature stuff I might be missing! I’m all ears! **Day 4** Head over to Kochi and check out the water metro stations. Then I’ll go to Fort Kochi and maybe catch a Kathakali show (perhaps the ones that don’t last a few days lol). I really really want to see Athirappilly Falls but it’s so far! Is it worth it? The pictures look crazy! Anyways, I will have my flight out at night. Tell me if there’s any recommendations or changes I could make! So so excited to visit!! 😊
