Magic mushrooms is not a narcotic drug

The Kerala High Court has held that magic mushroom cannot be treated as a scheduled narcotic or psychotropic substance under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The court made the observation while granting bail to a person arrested in connecting with the seizure of magic mushrooms.
