Looking for soviet chinchillas ! 🐰

A friend is looking for this breed of rabbits called soviet chinchillas ! Any genuine leads would be appreciated and not snarky comments ! :P Also does the southern part of Kerala breed rabbits more ? Remember seeing it in houses in pala and Kottayam for some reason !
