How should I deal with this?

While traveling through Kodungallur, a private bus hit my car and knocked off my rearview mirror, damaging the cover and indicator light. The bus was initially stuck behind a Baleno that was behind me. When the bus overtook the Baleno, it started rushing dangerously close to my side. I had slowed down and given the bus as much space as possible, but there was a slight right turn from my side due to the post on the left, which left me with no room to avoid the collision.
