Have people lost sense on how to act while shopping?

I had gone to zudio recently to purchase some clothes and I saw a huge crowd in front of the beauty section. Out of curiosity I went there to only see women of all ages trying out lipsticks, nail polishes and tints. All this was fine until I saw some group of girls opening a new packet of lip glosses (which is not a tester- tester was available separately) and applied it and just left. Similarly i saw kids applying new nail polishes (again not a tester) and not paying and leaving it as it is. Similar stuff was happening in the perfume section too. And not only that in the clothes section people have made a mess. Everything was out of their place, People have dropped clothes on the floor and, all th clothes were jumbled up and the worst part is that the staffs were not even bothered about it. The entire place looked as if someone just cleaned out their cupboard and kept the stuff randomly wherever they can. On top of that it was fully crowded with kids running around hitting stuffs and all. This irked me out so bad that I just left the shop without purchasing anything. I'm just shocked seeing this coz I have gone to zudio before and never encountered such a group of people acting so recklessly. Maybe it's because zudio has become more affordable that more people are just trying it out. Maybe I am overreacting but I'm not going to any Zudios for the time being.
