Good colleges for Culinary Arts Degree

I'm a 12th-grade student preparing for my exams, and the question of what's next has been coming up frequently from friends, family, and others. I have been keen on cooking from a young age, and for the past two years, web development has also interested me. However, after much thought, being a chef appeals to me more than being a developer, although I like both. Can you suggest good colleges for a culinary degree? Are there opportunities in Kerala or India for this? Is a computer science degree a better choice?
