Driving license application error

Context is that i took learners for both LMV and MCWG in May 2024. But I only applied for DL of MCWG and passed the test. I got my DL card with MCWG. Meanwhile my Learners got expired by November. Now I want to take DL for LMV and for thay i renewed my learners. Now when im trying to apply for DL it shows this error along with my application number which is my old application number(the one which i applied in 2024 ) What can I do next?
