Delhi gets its 3rd woman CM in the last 15 years. When will Kerala get its first ?

Rekha Gupta was announced as CM just now of Delhi making her the 3rd woman CM in last 15 years. Meanwhile Kerala is yet to see a woman CM. The closest someone came was Susheela Gopalan in 1996 but last minute machinations saw EK Nayanar, who wasn't even an MLA, pipping her to the post. Are we just all talk and no action ?
