Opening a Preschool

I am planning on starting a Preschool(India). But I don't have any experience in this field except raising 2 kids . I am very much interested to start a preschool but don't have any knowledge about it.. So I want to be fully prepared before starting one. Do you know any info about this ? Do you know anyone who is successfully running a preschool? Please share anything , any knowledge you know about starting preschool as a business option.. What is the Business model, Legal procedure, Permissions required, Training and courses required, Hiring model of staff, any other insider information etc.,..
