Is there any Cyber Cafe or any other service available in Kakadeo where I can give Cash and they make purchase on my behalf ? I don't have online bank account and need to pay someone for an item that they are gonna send me.

I want to send someone ₹600 for ordering books via IndiaPost. I don't have any online bank account on my name (all online payments are done by my parents) but this time I wish to order books using my money. Is there any Cyber Cafe/ Service available in Kakadeo / Civil Lines who can pay them online and I give them the cash ? I am ready to pay 20-50 rs extra for doing this.
