Good business idea in Kanpur

Hi, all. I’ve just left my MNC job and want to come back to my hometown, Kanpur. I want to start a small business here and I really don’t want to get into the 9-5 job thing again.. Based on my background research, I have finalised the list of business is that I can do here with the amount of capital that I have. 1. Coffee shop/cafe 2. Franchisee of a brand.- Amul/safal/pizza hut etc . 3. General store/ 7-11 types 4. Gym 5. Farming/organic farming/ vegetables. 6. Food supplement store Wanted to know your comments about which one would be a better option. Any other options other than these are also so much appreciated..
