Pal Haveli is being so overpriced recently

Bhai Pal Haveli was never this expensive. Me and My family went to Pal Haveli for a dinner last week and the prices were touching sky, we ordered chicken tikka and Galoti kebab and the total bill was 1700 something, well prices do not matter as much as I get the taste and the adequate quantity, (here the taste was no doubt excellentj but what shocked me was the quantity. I’m trying to understand Jodhpur’s geography better. Which areas are considered part of the old city (like Jalori Gate or Mandore)? Which are currently buzzed places like Sardarpura, Shastri Circle, or Ratanada used to be? Also, which areas are the suburbs like Jhalamand, Bhagat ki Koti, or Sangriya?
