Dudh Mandir is over rated.

I have been looking for the best hot milk during winters and found the best at 1. Borana or Bhati dairy, opp. Old Nagar Nigam inside sojati gate. - they don't add new milk after reduction letting milk caramlise sugars, giving you condensed milk flavour and texture. 2. Goru sweets home, B road. - minimal fresh milk added but if you go after 10:45pm almost good as the first one. 3. One next to university circle. - didn't like the texture of milk doesn't match the color of the milk. 4. Dudh Mandir, sojati gate.- worst of all, I guess initially they were really good but failed to expand with increasing demand it's simply a handout place with over hyped prices. There are other players as well serving saffron, dry fruits added milk but that's something I wish be happy doing at home rather going out and paying for it. What's difficult is to simmer the milk and let caramlise. Open to trying new places and happy have criticism over the fourth one (I am sure it'll hurt many people out there).
