Best cafes/restaurants and places to visit

I'm travelling to jodhpur with my family and was keen on taking them to a few good restaurants and cafes during our stay. Any recommendations? - preferably for traditional rajasthani food and in general as well. As for what to do in terms of sightseeing, activities. Was wondering if there were any crucial tourist places we must visit. Travelling with grandparents so can't do a lot of active things. Any recommendations for forts, maybe boat rides. I've scoured the internet, but would love to hear from locals/travellers who've been. Thank you!
