Seeking a switch

I currently work in the pharmaceutical industry as a Management Trainee in the E-commerce department, where I oversee new brand launches. I have successfully managed four brand launches and am currently working on five more. Acting as a brand manager, I handle all aspects of these products under two brand names—from conceptualization to execution. My responsibilities include identifying market needs, integrating scientific research, and incorporating localized elements to enhance product relevance. Additionally, I manage social media campaign design and stakeholder engagement for another brand, where we implement an influencer-driven marketing strategy.
