Starting a webdev agency! Need teammates to work on projects

Please read before applying We are building a web dev agency offering clients high conversion or traffic websites. We are going to have 8-10 open positions in our agency.  Here are the following available roles: ·        Full Stack (2) ·        UI/UX designer – experience with software like Figma (2) ·        Back end (1) ·        Project Manager (1) ·        SEO specialist (1-2)   I’ll be completely honest; we are building the agency from scratch and what that means is we probably would have to work for free for a couple of clients. If you are someone who has completed internships in the above mentioned domains or built projects then do consider applying. How will we get clients?  It will start as cold calling and approaching small businesses. You will be paid for every paid project we take up. If your resume is shortlisted, then there will be only one interview that will be conducted. No DSA rounds or anything like that. There is no minimum working hours. You can work whenever and wherever you want. All these positions are remote. However, there will be deadlines which all the members have to adhere to maintain professionalism.
