Should I go for a job or prepare for gate?(2024 passed out )

I recently received a package of 5lpa as a GET. SHOULD I reject the offer?BTW I am a mechanical engineer and job is related to hvac field. Should I prepare for gate and go for mtech afterwards? Will it be worth it?
